Greek Music
                        Hello everyone! Welcome back! This week we are going to turn the globe around all the way to Greece. Greek music is seperated into two parts: Greek traditional music and Byzantine music. The difference between both types of music is that Byzantine music has more eastern sounds. Now
I am going to explain you fellow readers how

Greek music was used in Greece.
Greek Music                                    Greece's Flag

                In ancient Greece, mixed-gender choruses performed for entertainment, celebration, and spiritual reasons. Some instruments people used in performances were a double-reeded aulos, the lyre, etc. Music was an important part of education i
Greece. Boys were taught music at the age of six. Well I hope you fellow readers enjoyed reading my blog. I have posted a video of Greek music at the bottom of this post. Toodles!!!

Bollywood Music
                               Hello  fellow readers! I am back as usual. Now today's theme is BOLLYWOOD MUSIC. Bollywood songs more formally known as Hindi film songs featured in Bollywood films. Hindi film songs are everywhere. In grocery stores, markets, shops, etc. Just like new releases of Hollywood music albums, Bollywood has new album releases every now and then.

                    Speaking of music albums,Hollywood's and  Bollywood's music albums are totally different. But just like you know in Hollywood or Disney that Bella Thorne and Zendaya are famous singers. In Bollywood we have Sunidhi Chauhan and Shreya Ghoshal.

    It's very obvious that these people are not the only famous people , but still we have other amazing talents out there. In Hollywood music every lyric is sung in English, whereas in Bollywood every lyric is sung in Hindi. The music in Bollywood and Hollywood is pretty much the same, but they have a few differences here and there. Well as of now I have to go. Bye! Toodles!

Indian Classical Music
                                     Well I'm back! Today we're going to twist up all the music styles to something none of you have heard. We will be focusing on Indian culture classical music. Indian classical music can be found in Vedas, which are the oldest scriptures in the Hindu tradition. This kind of music is very rhythmic and expressive. Like Western classical music, it divides the octave  into twelve semitones of which the seven basic notes are in order.

                   Now since I am talking about the notes, I will explain you the main differences. If you think that Indian music notes are like the American notes, then you are on the right path but the notes are slightly different. American notes are Do,re,mi,fa,so,la,ti,do.

Now look carefully the Indian notes are Sa,re,ga,ma,pa,dha,ni,sa.

Now you know  how different the notes are. Well I hoped you liked this post because now you can go telling everyone that you know Indian music!As of now I have to go. TOODLES!!!

Valley Music
               Hello! I'm back fellow readers. The theme of this week as you can see is VALLEY MUSIC. Have you ever felt frustrated and just wanted to lie down and relax? Well then you have come to the right place for information. Valley music will help you refresh your mind from having a bad day. Anyways this week was very gloomy with all the constant rain, so why don't you turn on some calm valley music? This will make your day shine as bright as the sun.
                              " The Solitary Reaper"
                          by William Wordsworth

BEHOLD her, single in the field,
  Yon solitary Highland Lass!
Reaping and singing by herself;
  Stop here, or gently pass!
Alone she cuts and binds the grain,         5
And sings a melancholy strain;
O listen! for the Vale profound
Is overflowing with the sound.
No Nightingale did ever chaunt
  More welcome notes to weary bands  10
Of travelers in some shady haunt,
  Among Arabian sands:
A voice so thrilling ne'er was heard
In spring-time from the Cuckoo-bird,
Breaking the silence of the seas  15
Among the farthest Hebrides.
Will no one tell me what she sings?—
  Perhaps the plaintive numbers flow
For old, unhappy, far-off things,
  And battles long ago:  20
Or is it some more humble lay,
Familiar matter of to-day?
Some natural sorrow, loss, or pain,
That has been, and may be again?
Whatever the theme, the Maiden sang  25
  As if her song could have no ending;
I saw her singing at her work,
  And o'er the sickle bending;—
I listened, motionless and still;
And, as I mounted up the hill,  30
The music in my heart I bore,
Long after it was heard no more.

                     Valley music comes from the countryside in the valley. When you sing a melody your voice echoes throughout the whole valley. The environment is very joyful and glorious. There is peace all around which makes your music sound like a flock of birds chirping a song. When farmers are picking their crops, they sing along happily and merrily enjoying the happiness all around them. Valley music is a type of melody that will soothe and calm your mind.
