I know ever since December has started I have been doing Christmas nail posts, but this post is just a sparkle bit more special. This post is going to include how to make Santa and his little elf's coats. So let's get started!!! The materials are:
Santa's Coat
- clear nail polish
- red nail polish
- white polish
- black polish
- gold polish
- a toothpick
- clear nail polish
- green polish
- black polish
- a toothpick
- gold polish
The steps to making Santa's coat are:
- Start off by applying a solid base coat on your nails.
- Next, paint your nails with red polish.
- Then create a horizontal line on the tip of your nail and a vertical line using white polish to create the fur on Santa's coat.
- Use a black polish to paint a belt on the coat.
- Then use a gold nail polish to create the buckle right on top of the belt.
- Finally, paint a top coat on your nails to protect them from smudging.
- Apply a solid base coat again just like you did to the other nails.
- Next apply a green polish on your nail.
- Create a horizontal line using black polish to represent the elf's belt.
- Finally, use a gold nail polish to create the buckle on the belt.
- And as I always say apply a top coat so that the design could stay longer, and it won't smudge.
And we are done for the day. Now you can paint your nails using these steps that I have told you in no time. Now I have a little reminder, in January when I will see you fellow readers again , I will be hoping that you have read my contest directions, and have entered it. I will be posting the rules of this contest on the bottom of this post. I wish everyone of you out there a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!!! BYE!!!!!!
